Our client, a leading global telecommunication company are recruiting for a RAN NOC FO Engineer to join their business in Romania.
24*7 Alarm monitoring of RAN elements.
Ticket creation, resolving, and closing incident records.
Escalate critical / major incidents based on escalation matrix with all stakeholders.
Diagnosis of all minor, major and critical alarms.
Troubleshooting of known faults / Identified scenarios
Advanced troubleshooting of RAN faults under guidance of senior engineers
Identify new scenarios for Troubleshooting and automation to increase resolution rate.
Follow and adhere SLAs and KPIs for Network alarms and Customer complaints.
Coordinate with BO, FLM and 3rd Party vendor.
Coordinate with SOC team for the tickets raised by Telefonica SOC for service and performance alarms
As a part of Change Management, do pre / post health checks and co-ordinate with change management and respective stakeholder
Raise Problem Ticket for recurring faults and where RCA is not available.
Resolve the tickets and incidents by analysis and identification techniques
Responding to an alarm notification to evaluate the impact of the alarm.
Able to handle alarm generated form RAN network
4 to 6 years of experience in working with OEM or Tier 1mobile service providers carrying out responsibilities in network operations
Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering
Experience in multi-vendor equipment like Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson RAN equipment.
3G / LTE RAN (EnB, RNC, SEG-W) Network.
Good understanding of Call flows of 2G / 3G and LTE.
Air Interface and Radio Technology.
Have fundamental knowledge in SLA and KPI of 2G,3G and 4G network
Experience working in 24X7 shift operations.
Should have good experience of Alarm Management, Fault Management, Change Management / Configuration Management.
Should have experience to provide Level 1 fault management support, executing changes in the network
German speaking skills
English writing and speaking skills
