    Load Runner team seeks hard working, motivated, deadline driven individual to further develop the load testing protocols as part of a newly created team in Cluj-Napoca.

    Your key tasks :

  • You will become an expert in LoadRunner and in general in performance engineering field.
  • Oversee our SaaS LoadRunner Enterprise deployment and work with the SaaS operation team to unblock any issues.
  • Troubleshooting customer product defects coming from the support team, to provide code fixes.
  • Write knowledge articles to document known issues and best practices.
  • Participate in calls with support and customers to investigate and communicate on current fix plans and technical issues.
  • Manage dynamic backlog and help prioritize work for relevant teams.
  • Developing and enhancing the product.
  • Working smoothly with local and remote multi-geo R&D and non-R&D teams, while keeping high visibility and effective communication.
  • Working according to high execution standards, while adhering to project goals and insuring high quality.
  • What do we expect?

  • 3+ years of experience in software development and / or advanced technical support.
  • Outstanding technological orientation - ability to learn, analyze and troubleshoot various technologies.
  • Strong communication skills to oversee personnel and foster collaboration with other organizational departments.
  • Successfully manage the daily challenges of a technical environment.
  • Ability to get quickly acquainted with complex code.
  • Must enjoy working in an agile development environment, where the measure of success is the swift and frequent delivery of useful software.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Owner, responsible and result driven.
  • Strong application architecture understanding.
  • Fluent in English.
