Within the Société Générale Group you will be part of the Global Technology Services (GTS) department, the IT entity in charge of infrastructure and at the center of the operational transformation model.
The team you would join is Knowledge Management & Collaboration Center (K2C) team, which is in charge of implementing the Knowledge Management approach and collaborative practices.
The team defines then deploys the KM and collaboration strategy for the GTS scope, aligned with SG Group strategy.
What you will do :
Support GTS teams in their Knowledge Management and collaborative work : conduct need analysis workshops; propose, define and agree on best target for the team’s need;
guide the team in reaching target or deliver ready-to-use location for their need.
Conduct change management with GTS teams : provide awareness and advice on best practices and tool usage; write user material.
Project management : follow-up progress with the teams and update KPIs for monitoring K2C objective progress.
Tailored support for users : level 1 and 2 support on the tools within our perimeter (SharePoint, Teams, Jive, Yammer).
3 years’ experience around management of collaborative tools or in Knowledge Management;
Fluent in English and French is nice to have;
Expertise in the conduct of workshops for the collection, analysis and alignment of needs;
Expertise in change management;
Knowledge of O365 suite and especially SharePoint Online (Microsoft SharePoint solution as a site administrator), Teams, Yammer would be a plus;
Ease of leaning and curiosity with IT tools;
Good interpersonal skills, listening and animation skills;
Autonomy and capacity to conduct a stream or topic from beginning to end.
