Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be an experienced Business Analyst, familiar with sales functionality within CRM tools and has experience with reporting tools such as Business Intelligence.

Strong communication skills and an ability to deal with different requirements from various stakeholders and build consensus are also key skills.

Your Mission : To eliminate manual time consuming reports with automated dashboards that provide standard metrics and KPIs, leveraging best practices using Oracle Analytics Platform.

What Is Expected from You

As a member of Global Sales Operations team, the EMEA Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for :

  • Work with internal business stakeholders to understand their needs and partner with internal technical teams to design and deliver insightful dashboards
  • Design, develop and maintain automated dashboards used by Sales, Operations, Business Development and other departments
  • What You'll Bring To The Team

  • College degree and recent enterprise software company experience, preferably in business operations and / or finance.
  • Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment.
  • May have project lead role and project management skills are required.
  • Attention to detail critical and comfortable in a role as an individual contributor and be able to multi-task effectively.
  • Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and have data errors / omissions corrected.
  • Relationship management skills strongly desired.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate and deliver presentations to all levels of the organization both in English and Romanian
  • Good organizational & planning skills
  • Proactive attitude and capable of taking ownership over the processes
  • Analytical skills & problem solving attitude are required
  • Effectively interact with cross-functional teams and deliver complete solutions.
  • The job is fast-paced, and candidate should be a self-starter who can work well independently and as a team member.
  • Experience

  • Experience creating reports using BI applications like OBIEE, Data Visualyzer, Tableau, PowerBI preferred
  • Experience of 3+ years as a business analyst, management consultant in a global organization
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed stakeholders across EMEA
  • Experience in collecting, organizing, and displaying data in spreadsheet or dashboard format
