Tasks

  • Working closely with an international team (both German and Romanian colleagues) and offering support regarding sourcing administrative tasks
  • Support of the international team in the further development of processes
  • Periodic update of work processes and process descriptions
  • Handling the Sourcing Mailbox and dispatching e-mails
  • Creating and managing various Excel lists
  • Offering support regarding SAP requests
  • Qualifications

  • 2 years of professional experience in procurement in an international company
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Safe handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of English and German
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Have a deep understanding of the Business and general IT consultancy understanding
  • Good communication skills
