A great opportunity to join a fully digital company working on a Curacao licensed online casino project with a leading B2B/B2C software solutions provider in supporting 30 000 retail locations and hundreds of online projects in 30 countries.

Looking for a proven leader to direct an international team, a true expert keen to shape the product and its growth.


Working directly with Project Owners and several professional teams, respond for overall Casino performance and ensure its local profitability and our global success.


Business Management

  • Run online Casino products, including customer numbers, ARPU and revenue growth.
  • Create relevant strategy to penetrate and succeed in regulated and non-regulated markets. 
  • Analise revenue streams by various metrics, identify potential income and foresee KPI fluctuations.
  • Forecast potential risks and suggest tactics to mitigate and maximize the Outcomes.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis of product and projects in bullet points.


  • Define marketing strategy (incl. banner, game positioning, promotion visibility, bonus budget etc.) to deliver high-quality promotions and campaigns.
  • Manage Content Providers: negotiate contracts, develop cost effective content promotions, ensure timely implementation, liaison with B2B casino platforms etc.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to ensure our products are among best in the industry.
  • Create monthly and quarterly communication plan and ensure execution of campaigns (incl. defining customer segments,campaign briefing, brainstorming with copywriters and designers, signing off assets, reporting and evaluating results etc.).
  • Design, develop and implement player loyalty schemes and other programs.

Product Operations

  • Execute certification plans for regulated and business solutions for non-regulated markets. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct regular analysis of new products to boost revenue.
  • Manage product launch and roadmap to deliver and rollout new gaming product and features.
  • Participate in UX design via development of gamification, customer engagement etc.


  • 3+ years of Leading and Operating Online Casino, including relevant teams management.
  • Deep understanding of live casino product, ecosystem, customers and development process.
  • Ability to create different strategies for regulated and non-regulated markets.
  • Independently acquire and retain new customers as well as manage affiliated partners.  
  • Ability to draft financial models, using core project / product performance indicators and statistics.
  • Good knowledge of SSP and Rich Media, SEO, CPA, PPC, LTV, FTD etc.
  • Ability to scale GGRevenue (NGR) of the project, as well as its ROI.
  • Proven Project management, reporting & analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal acumen.
  • Be Hands-on self-starter, organized, innovative, solution-oriented thinker & doer.
