The Project Management Manager supports the EMEA andJAPAC Oracle Digital Demand Generation team in achieving its business goals.
Position operates across several of the EMEA and JAPAC countries.
Provenleader who hires and motivates a team of 10 Project Managers. The team isresponsible for delivering large simultaneous Digital Campaigns on an ongoingbasis in various languages
Individualwith in-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, and, specifically,Market Automation technologies and platforms
Engageswith other EMEA & JAPAC Digital Demand Generation extended teams, CorporateMarketing functions and External Agencies

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Excellentpeople manager with the ability to attract and retain a talented team
Ableto manage and coordinate project work in a structured and coherent way
Responsiblefor delivery of all aspects of large concurrent campaigns on-time and on-budget
Providesupport in developing processes and best-practice solutions to build andmaintain a strong, organized and strategic Project Management team to achieveOracle’s digital marketing goals
Basedon his / her strong Digital Marketing background, the successful candidate willbe able drive continuous improvement on the speed / quality of execution andidentify potential risks to the business
Willbe the voice of the project by knowing at a high level all the puzzle pieces ofthe project supported by the PM team
Assurethe availability of the resources, equable resource distribution and a balancedworkload for the team members
Contributesto the professional development of the team members, involving them in thenecessary activities, trainings and offering the specific support.
Buildstrong relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure digital assets aredelivered to deadlines and act as point of escalation
Staysup-to-date with what’s hot in Digital Marketing to be able to advise his / herstakeholders
Previousdigital marketing experience in a similar position is highly preferred
Previousexperience in Project Management is highly preferred
FluentEnglish is a must
Good interpersonal andcommunication skills

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency. Provides business practices and processes. Drives policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization*s operational and financial business objectives.
Provides analysis and advice to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and / or contracts.
May also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and / or communications.
Develops and monitor P&L forecasts. Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance.
Performs competitive analysis. Creates pricing strategy and cost accounting (business modeling) for projects. Reviews contracts for terms, pricing and approvals.
Work with account team to close deals. Interfaces with client to resolve contract / delivery disputes. May be responsible for directing resource management staff, ensuring maximum utilization.
May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage at least two direct reports.
Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical / functional leadership as well as first line supervision, but does not have hire / fire authority. BA / BS degree preferred.
