Job Description Summary
Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives
Executes standard sales tasks and typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task / duties based on changing work situations.
May be responsible for targeted clients, stable regions, and / or small / medium sales territories.
Roles and Responsibilities
Salesforce effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews.
Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
Broadening knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups to execute policy / strategy.
Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions / parameters.
Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE.
Explains technical information to others.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Graduate or placement student of Bachelors degree (Business or relevant)
Fluency in English and Romanian
Strong Excel, Power Point, Word knowledge
Experience in working with Salesforce.com is an advantage, or any other relevant CRM tool
