The Eastern European Accounting team is looking for a new colleague to join in the role of Accounting & Administrative Assistant.

The role is in charge of administration and accounting tasks for Aggreko Poland entity Aggreko Polska and support for Aggreko Romania entity’s accounting and financial tasks.

running office : organizing the completion of daily tasks and the flow of information internally and to the external firm in charge of statutory and tax declarationsMaintains and develops a professional document and information management systemManages professional correspondence (memos, letters and reports, messages by e-

mail)Ensures efficient communication with the South Eastern Europe team and with contacts outside the CompanyCollects transport documents and invoices and sends the specific documentation to the company in charge of Statutory Accounting and / or to third-

party collaboratorsMaintain a proper quality management systemComplies with Group proceduresAccounting tasksMaintains accurate and up to date records of all accounting transactions.

  • Ensure bookkeeping is in line with accounting rules (statutory and Aggreko), fiscal legislation and other regulatory requirements;
  • Performs monthly, quarterly and annual end closing according to local and group procedures and deadlines.Produce accurate management reporting and prepares month end P&L and Balance Sheet within the required time frame.

    Ensures proper analysis and justification of P&L and balance sheet accounts every month.Produce monthly Balance sheet file reconciliations according to Group rules.

    Produces weekly cash forecast.Prepares statutory accounts following local regulation and rules within the required time frame with support of local audit company.

    Develops best practice in use of M3 (ERP), Tagetik (reporting tool) and business information tools.Produces timely tax returns and payments of taxes with support of local audit company : answers tax related inquiries from the Group.

    Manages company secretarial obligation with support of local audit company.Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the system of internal controls and improve internal policies and procedures.

    You’ll have the following experience & skills : We are looking for a seasoned Accountant or Chief Accountant, with minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar position in a small multinational enterprise.

    Minimum diploma level University graduate Economics, Accounting, Finance profile.Advanced level of English is required both written and spoken and should you also be a Polish speaker -

    this will be greatly appreciated and considered as an advantage.Other specific requirements for the role : ACCA or CECCAR Accountant -

    would be a plusExperienced both in statutory accounting and IFRSMS Office proficient MS Excel at intermediate / autonomous levelWork experience with ERPs Oracle, SAP, Movex (Infor M3).

    Driving license cat. BWe appreciate a colleague with a Can do attitude and forward thinking, who is able to deal with complexity and capable of managing his / her workload through very good organizing skills.

    Someone who is neat and pays attention to details, for whom accuracy of own work and others is a "by default" requirement.
