Bitdefender HR team is looking for a new member in Iasi! As a Talent Solutions Specialist and a member of the Global HR Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to Bitdefender employees. We are looking for a driven, ambitious Talent Solutions Specialist, who is looking to further develop his skills and experience in HR together with a strong company.

Key responsibilities Talent Acquisition
• Be involved or take charge in various Employer Branding activities - relations with the university and the students/graduates, programs/technical contests
• Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing top-quality candidates for corporate positions
• Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Identify appropriate sourcing strategies and leverage volume for greatest efficiency
• Cultivate candidate networks and maintain candidate relations to source for future job openings
• Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
• Identify and attend job fairs and industry events, groups of HR Professionals

Talent Management
• Support the onboarding of new employees, both delivering onboarding presentations and coming up with proposals to improve the process
• Take lead in local employee events and activities
• Be involved in employee's integration discussions and partner with local managers to develop new motivation initiatives and strategies
• Keep up with the benefits in the market and come up with new solutions to ensure our colleagues are satisfied with the company’s benefits.
• Maintain a close relationship with our colleagues and come up with initiatives for employee events and activities
• Administer soft skills trainings and offer support for organizing technical trainings
• Analyze and map the local market (competition’s offers)
• Ensure a smooth implementation of the employee appraisal process & other type of requirements from audits & certifications.

We are looking for someone who
• Has previous relevant experience as an HR generalist, preferably with background in recruiting and working with several levels of Hiring Managers
• Has the ability to apply demonstrated knowledge of fundamental Human Resources concepts and practices (training, learning and development, performance management, comp& ben)
• Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrates initiative and creative problem-solving skills
• Has the ability to see beyond the tactical, to understand how the recruiting function impacts the overall health of the business
• Shows analytical thinking and attention to details
• Is defined by a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
• Has a bachelor’s degree in a related field
