How does your day look like?
It’s Monday morning and a new week is starting again for you as Customer Service Employee for the Italian market. You will begin your day with a good cup of coffee and then start-up your computer at home (for the moment).
Your day starts at 9 : 00 am.
First you will check your e-mail and keep in touch with your team leader for your daily tasks. You align together if you will be helping our customers with an appropriate response by phone, email or chat.
The whole morning you are helping our customers with all kind of questions regarding their orders and our website. You as a person will get a lot of energy from finding the best solution for our customers.
For our company customer satisfaction is very important.
Of course you will do the administrative follow up of the customer contacts. You will create replacement requests, sending return information and arrange pick up appointments.
You succeed in making the customer happy and that gives you a very good feeling especially because you are able to do this in your (nearly) native language.
Around lunchtime you will walk outside for a bit so that you can start the afternoon fresh again. In the afternoon you will switch your task and will help our customers with replying their emails.
You make sure you will help the customer with the right solution and are sure that a reply is send within the promised SLA.
Just before the day ends you will follow an online training so you are all set to go for a new update on our procedures.
Before you know it, the day is over, and you can shut down your computer and enjoy your evening.
