Execute daily, weekly and monthly administrative tasks : monitoring and responding to alerts and notifications;
Manage data in the oracle e-business suite;
Act as a point of escalation for major incidents;
Monitor tickets and assign tickets to its corresponding ITsupport groups (dispatching);
Facilitates efficient communication across all global ITcorporate teams;
Provides internal support for Temenos employees’ troughconstant cooperation with the IT teams;
Identifies risks and issue with appropriate mitigationactions and drive the resolution.
WHAT YOU BRING IN
Technical knowledge (nice to have) : SericeDesk Plus, Skype, Microsoft Tools, Juniper, Solarwinds, any other similar tools;
Experience in one of troubleshooting and monitoring tools / Security Incident Response / Cyber Security / Oracle Support Specialist / DevOps engineering etc.
Analytical / problem-solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems;
Ability to work in a multinational environment with a fluency in English;
Industry Certifications & qualifications in the area of expertise are desirable : GCIA, GCIH, OSCP, CREA, CCFE, Splunk Certified User, PMP, Prince2, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCNA, CCNP etc.
