We have an opportunity for a Sr Customer Experience Specialist with French to join our Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest.

Providessupport for EMEA customers by handling customer queries / complaints related torepair activities and circuit. Initiates and receives direct customer contacton repairs and advanced services.

Provide administrative support for ourcustomers, management and the repair center by using internal tools (SAP, MSOffice, Outlook, SFDC, phone system, etc).

Must possess a thoroughunderstanding of customer requirements for support as well as the customer'spriorities

Sr Customer Experience Specialist responsibilities :

  • Takefull and complete ownership for all Customer Service Support to provide andmaintain customer satisfaction.
  • Issuing RMA’s for product failure following the company’s guidelines forwarranty / non-warranty repairs
  • Work as a team on a call center, group email box and online portal to issueRMAs as accurately and expeditiously as possible
  • Determine when appropriate to escalate customer concerns to management.
  • Assist customers and sales representatives with any request / inquiry orcomplaint through the system to resolution.
  • Administrate / Expedite notifications, orders, monitor through to completion.
  • Attendadditional department training as required by the Supervisor and / or BusinessAnalyst.
  • Complete understanding and direct involvement in meeting the department metrics.
  • Must follow all state, local, and federal laws and regulations, as well asembrace Honeywell core values and initiatives.
  • Qualifications :

  • 1.5 years minimum experience with Honeywell culture and systems; At least 12Months on the actual Job
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) +French
  • Experience working in a multi discipline, multi-cultural & remote team
