Job Description :

  • Intermediate French level (focus on written abilities and comprehension);
  • Good command of English;
  • Excellent customer servicing skills;
  • Graduate of Letters, Communication & Public Relations, Economics, Geography or Tourism (would be preferred, not exclusive);
  • Attention to detail;
  • Team worker.
  • Responsibilities / Tasks :

  • Analyzing and identifying the action required for the incoming email requests;
  • Processing the request by tagging it for prioritization and / or transferring it to the relevant queue or email address;
  • Prioritizing and routing email requests in a timely manner and with accurate highlights to the relevant team;
  • Communicating with centralized teams through email if needed to ensure timely processing of email requests;
  • Accurately classifying the status in client tool depending on email request type;
  • Ensuring that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined quality parameters;
  • To ensure adherence to established attendance schedules;
  • Contributing where possible with process improvement suggestions;
  • To accomplish any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor to help to identify inefficiencies to the process and assist to drive process improvements activities
