Part of the commercial campaign services in the Marketing organisation you will apply subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues related to marketing automation.
You will be asked to contribute in the planning, development, and execution of marketing automation campaign in support of the various market by leading and / or participating in various project .
You will act as the subject matter expert for the market by providing direction and guidance regarding the different process and process improvement.
Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
Assist marketing managers in designing marketing and initiative plan*main outcomes according to the playbook : Marketing Strategy and Plan;
Audience Segmentation; Budget planning; SMART metrics definition
Contribute to plan implementation : define persona and customer / buyer journey for ABM and personalization

Provide Campaign consulting services with recommendations on concepts and suggestions accumulating the best industry practices and HP experience
Ensure correct asset tagging by managing JumpIds / UTMs generation
Partner with MMLs & Marketing managers to understand analytical support needed and create customized reporting based on these needs
Analyze campaign results & impact on business to present findings& optimization proposals to campaign & marketing leads
Identify trends, areas of opportunity, and draw strategic conclusions
Bridge between Markets Marketing, COEs & Marketing Services to build the operational framework for campaign / activity tracking for effective reporting
Work with cross-functional analytical team, including Ziji, Insights, data science and help the markets marketing team make data driven decision
Be active participants in MMLs staff meetings campaign planning from the start
Ensures the seamless development and execution for campaigns by effectively communicating with teams to ensure expectations and deliverable are met
Project manage all campaign elements to ensure a great customer experience and campaign cohesion across all touch-points
Manage communications with third-party agencies to ensure that all deliverable are fully integrated and flawlessly executed, meeting HP’s high-quality standards.
Enable consistency and integration across all markets and online and offline channels.
Make sure emails and program assets get out on time, and error-free
Take the initiative to drive problem resolution at the project level and influence data strategy
Proactively identify opportunities for program and process improvements
Education and Experience Required :
BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years marketing and / or project management experience.
Experience in MRM or CRM applications;
Experience in marketing automation
Knowledge and Skills :

Passionate and curious about all aspects of marketing data-driven marketing in particular, with ability to analyze data and draw appropriate insights and conclusions
