At OpsTalent we are looking for a Manual Software Tester for our client, who will work as part of the Customer Success Team .
The role involves triaging, logging, and testing issues that are raised by our customers, in addition to gathering and documenting technical data as required.
We are seeking someone who has a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
You must be a competent tester that wants to work on web based SaaS technologies .
You will also be required to liaise directly with the customer via the helpdesk ticketing system to help troubleshoot, review, and respond to customer queries and issues.
You will work very closely with the development and support teams to ensure quality throughout the software development cycle.

What we require :
Degree in software engineering, IT development or related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 2 years of software testing experience in a structured test environment.
Good understanding of the software development process
Customer-focused with an understanding of business process
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience with defect tracking systems
Experience testing client-server applications
Ability to work within a team and give clear concise updates on progress / issues
Extras (an advantage)
ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing
Experience using Team Foundation Server, SQL Server
Experience with stress or performance testing tools
Experience dealing directly with customers
