What you'll do
You will be the first point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative issues and requests.
You will be managing employee requests via Help Desk and maintaining employee records in Personio (HRIS).
Develop and expand operational practices based on your assessment of the latest opportunities and Global practices.
You will play a crucial part in the employee's lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, mobility, change agreements, and processing documentation).
You will proactively identify processes that can be improved and / or globalized and take ownership of these improvements as well as maintain documentation where applicable.
You will support People Partners on employment and payroll topics.
You will support tasks related to daily life in the local office.
What you'll bring to us
You have a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or comparable qualifications.
You have experience as an HR Generalist or would like to get exposed to a wide range of Global HR topics and projects.
Expertise in payroll and labor law is a plus.
You are process-oriented, service-mindset driven team player with a lot of initiative and desire for new challenges.
You organize your work tasks independently
You are pro-active, hands-on and takes initiative to improve processes
Can speak German or Portuguese is a plus
