As an HR intern, you can take part in most HR activities, gain experience & add value to most areas of HR. This role helps the whole team to work more efficiently both by participating in the complex, innovative work and also by taking over transactional tasks from team members when necessary and thereby balance the workload of the team.
Student or fresh graduated in HR, Psychology, Economics You are able to start working in January. You also have the below skills : Excellent, confident verbal and written communication skills with both English and Romanian language knowledge.
You will be in contact with different stakeholders (including senior managers, interns, candidates) via different channels (phone calls, Teams meetings, personal).
Confident knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Outlook and Excel), if you are familiar with a Procure to Pay system that is a plus.
Accountability responsibility, and also precision, attention to detail; Nice to have : previous experience in HR at a multinational company, labor code knowledge.
