Job Overview
As a Marketing Operations, Reporting and Analytics Manager, which is the operational domain of a new data processing platform, we are developing and deploying, you will set the vision of what is required for a fully operational suite of components, orchestrated in operational processes, to ensure high level of automation and functionality end to end.
Responsibilities
Developing Reports and KPI dashboards ensuring accurate and timely representation of metrics.
Responding to requests from the wider group to retrieve counts, deliver analysis and / or answer questions.
Performing predictive forecasting on performance and / or financial data.
Quality Assurance of presented data ensuring absolute precision in rendering data outputs.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining technical tagging and requirements for web properties, using tag management tools to ensure KPIs are tracked
Building expertise in cross-platform applications of IQVIA assets
Desired Skills, Experience and Knowledge
Strong, technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications
Ability to manage and analyze data from multiple platforms, creating visualizations for different audiences and stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Experience with a visualization solution tool such as PowerBi, Spotfire, Tableau, and / or Google Data Studio
Proficient ability to analyze metrics and information; identifying actionable insights from the data, ensuring marketing strategies and operations are data driven
Experience with web analytics tools and applications like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience with online marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads
Prior experience with database querying with Salesforce, SQL and / or NOSQL databases
Ability to problem solve and develop innovative approaches along with a drive to learn and master new techniques and technologies
Working knowledge of Python, R, Oracle, SQL and / or SAS to manipulate data and build models
