Scope : Purpose of the Product Owner role is to work with all the internal and external stakeholders to launch and grow a differentiated digital 1st loyalty program per multiple segments and business lines and manage all the program components in order to maximize customer awareness, consideration and engagement : surprise & delight, marketplace and cashback.
Key accountabilities :
Defines product priorities and objectives :
Responsible to translate the business vision, goals and stakeholders feedback into clearly defined requirements and backlog for the teams and provide business reasoning for each item
Defines and manages the squad’s business strategy and prioritizes backlog of the Squad, ensuring the value creation for the business, and responsible of the business outcome
Research and analyse market, users, follow competition and industry for product roadmap strategy
Product Backlog management :
Build the backlog of Epics, User Stories to achieve business objectives and keep the backlog updated for at least 2 sprints worth of Ready for Development user stories;
Works with the delivery team and Scrum Master to provide clear acceptance criteria.
Provide an active role, together with the Scrum Master, in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release / Sprint Goals
Participates together with the Squad members and Scrum master in all the Squad ceremonies
Close collaboration with stakeholders :
Work with stakeholders and the squad members to identify opportunities for improvement the product.
Works with IT counterparts and business partners to understand their new / changing business goals, how they are being implemented through business processes work on translating the needs into IT requirements;
Build strong relationship with internal customers and external stakeholders and influence their decisions
Responsible for communicating with stakeholders across the board with Review meetings, including other PO’s, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives
Participates in the development of squads
Defines the skills and capabilities required for the proper operation of new squads together with the tribe lead
Takes an active role in the Agile community of practice, networking with other Product Owners and agile roles within the company.
Participates in the performance evaluation of the squad members
Core competencies and experience :

Strong coaching skills and enthusiastic about transferring his / her knowledge
Experience working in or with a digital marketing function would be a plus
Organized with strong analytical skills, results-driven and delivery-focused
End-to-end experience of all steps from identifying business needs all the way to execution
Ability to explain a vision to cross-functional team
Highly proactive, have a strong can-do attitude
Comfortable in problem solving & decision making
Technical / professional qualifications :
Degree in business administration, economics or engineering / Bachelor Degree
Experience in Telecommunication sector at marketing and / or commercial roles / BSc, would be a plus
Previous experience working as a Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner or Product / Segment manager
Excellent spoken and written English
