  • Support Group Compensation and Benefits Manager in setting C&B Total Reward Strategy within Endava
  • Improve, implement, coordinate in a timely manner the salary / grade review processes and bonus scheme from a systems perspective
  • Transfer, upload, and validate data at the end of the review cycle in HCM
  • Ensure data accuracy, both for compensation plans management and for data transitioning within HCM
  • Ensure SOX controls relating to Compensation and Benefits processes are designed, implemented, and performed in accordance with prescribed SOX requirements and in a timely manner, effectively and thoroughly documented
  • Perform internal controls responsibilities in accordance with Endava’s SOX compliance programme, and ensure direct reports who contribute to SOX controls processes are informed and understand their SOX tasks
  • Support Group C&B manager in implementing salary benchmarking and survey initiatives
  • Analyze surveys and benchmarks compared to our policies and determine our position versus market
  • Become actively involved in the integration of new businesses from a compensation and benefits perspective, understanding the new partner’s compensation plans
  • Build, review and improve compensation policies and guidelines
  • Support with ad-hoc requests on total rewards aspects
  • Evaluate and compare existing company benefits across locations with those of other employers by analyzing other plans, surveys, and other sources of information
  • Develop specific recommendations for review by management based on the analysis results
  • Collaborate with local HR and PDR teams on the benefit programs related activities (i.e. information gathering and tracking, analysis, implementation)
  • Participate in the development of communication materials and other media for communicating the benefit plans to employees
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a Compensation and Benefits role, with a focus on administering compensation plans from a systems perspective (budgets, performance / salary review, bonus)
  • Strong experience with Advanced Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience driving discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Prior experience with Human Capital Systems (Oracle, SAP etc)
  • Prior exposure to Oracle Workforce Compensation is desirable
  • Strong English skills
