we are looking for a Procurement Senior Analyst with English

Scope of the Role

The Senior Analyst will support the Procurement organisation in all operative related processes by creating monthly reports, monitoring supplier performance and supporting the preparation of supplier(s) negotiation.

The position will manage the demand and request process in our ERP system in line with the global Procurement processes including Purchase Order (PO) placement, supply changes, supplier payment and documentation.

Responsibilities :

  • Check and release of purchase orders for the members of the team
  • Be responsible for the data entry and reporting accuracy for that team
  • Weekly monitoring of the purchase orders quality of the team
  • Weekly monitoring of the data accuracy in the follow-up file
  • Give feedback to the purchase requestors in case of wrongly submitted requests
  • Create Purchase Orders
  • Manage the changes that could occur in the Purchase Orders before the validation of the buyers
  • Resolve administrative issues related to Purchase Orders (1st level of escalation)
  • Support the Procurement organization for administrative tasks during the complete supply chain
  • Support monitoring of supplier performance
  • Develop professionalism by learning business practices in Procurement
  • Develop working knowledge on processes and tools
  • Develop knowledge in Procurement
  • Requirements for the role :

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business studies
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Understanding of business processes, technical and operational expertise
  • Experience in processing purchase requests and purchase orders is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills, decision making, customer orientation, good planning and initiative
