Manages all documentation for complex projects, ensuring customer documentation requirements are met in a timely manner.
Provides writing and / or technical materials and manuals, examines related files to releases blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and others.
Prepare user documentation for a variety of material, including how-to guides and instruction manuals
Create table of contents and cite sources
Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding
Interview production and engineering personnel and read journals and other material to become familiar with product technologies and production methods
Participate in customer kick off meetings to validate documentation requirements
Participate in customer meetings, if needed, to ensure proper documentation is delivered
Plans the documentation process in accordance to the Project Charter in order to meet
the agreed timeline
Acts as interface between HUB, Drawing Team and Project Team in all documentation
Liaising with suppliers to ensure the correct documentation requirements are met and
delivered in a timely manner
Analyzes customer project requirements and establishes document list liaising with
HUB / SUB to make sure customer requirements and quality standards are met.
Maintain soft / hard copy documents
Analyzes and review the preparation and organization of complex research projects
Produce approval documentation as required and in a timely manner
Ensure proper information storage by facilitating archiving of documentation
Provide final documentation that accurately meets customer requirements and ensure
the highest standards of presentation are maintained
In case of need, acts as escalation point for all documentation execution related matters
in front of internal and external customers
Respond effectively to documentation requests and queries from internal customers
Analyzes changes to various projects and prepares reports of changes for review
Release the document following final approval
Creates technically accurate and comprehensive documentation and website support
Pro-actively support the Project Manager in improving quality and performance of the
Conducts risk analysis and provides valid solutions in order to mitigate the risk
Works pro-actively and collaboratively with the Project manager, to prepare the
timeframe for documents
Works closely with the Project Manager and / or Project Engineer and / or Project
Administrator in order to clarity and solve the disputes
Coach other / new Documentation controllers
Maintain accurate and updated order logs.
1+ year experience in Documentation
Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software
Ability to handle several tasks and juggle multiple priorities and to keep clear and accurate records and reports.
Ability to use computer and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information
Ability to produce results given tight deadlines and to organize work load and to manage a filing methods and management techniques
Excellent organizational skills, including time management and follow-up
Must be confident utilizing Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word Paint, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Autocad)
Performs other related duties as assigned for the documentation department
University degree (it’s) a must
Builds a partnership with customers by regularly demonstrating a high level of expertise and professionalism.
Communicates effectively in both oral and written communication(Engliesh level min. B2)
Quality / document control( it’s a must.
