Do you want to be a Software Quality Engineer for Smart Mobility?

These should spark your interest :

  • You will plan quality assurance measures on work-package / software project level;
  • You will participate and approve the process tailoring within the project;
  • You will know the company quality policy and the impact of the activities in achieving quality targets;
  • You will participate to and moderate certain object and milestone reviews including other disciplines
  • as well;
  • You will be responsible to report (in time & accurately) the quality status of the project / work-packages
  • to the relevant stakeholders of the project;
  • You will be responsible to escalate critical issues according to the escalation strategy.
  • On request :

  • you will report the location / project defined KPIs and status of defined measures in the locations / projects;
  • you will provide management with specific reporting for the Quality Organization (e.g. global reporting on quality status of all projects, building overviews on different aspects).
  • Responsible to track and monitor the quality status for the assigned project;
  • Responsible to initiate and monitor countermeasures when deviations are identified;
  • Responsible to approve the software project releases;
  • You will perform internal project audits / Quality Management System audits (co-auditor / lead-auditor);
  • You will contribute to the preparation of the project in case of internal / external audits with support;
  • You will attend as auditee for the SWQMP role in the project in case of internal / external audits;
  • You will be responsible to provide consultance / support for the audits on local level. On request, responsible to perform coordination activities for these audits.
  • You will offer support in the resolution and prevention of noncompliance issues (incl. support for anomaly
  • analysis);
  • You will contribute to the establishment of corrective and preventive actions;
  • You will make sure that lessons learned are communicated in the organization;
  • You will support piloting and roll-out of new / updated processes in projects;
  • You will support, coach and train the project team on quality topics;
  • You will contribute to process definition and process improvement.
  • For Safety relevant projects : the related tasks will be fulfilled according to the internal Safety Management Procedures / Methods.

    Control safety criteria in own area of responsibility. Develop, introduce and drive measures in order to avoid safety cases.

  • You will respect the confidentiality of information he / she has access to inside the company;
  • You will respect Internal Regulations and company's procedures;
  • You will respect the information security and data protection regulations;
  • You will respect specific laws and internal regulations connected to company's environment policy;
  • You will respect customer specific process requirements. Qualifications You can be a perfect match to our team if you have :
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Informatics, Electronics) or relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in automotive industry.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in software quality. One complete project cycle until
  • SOP executed.

  • International Experience
  • International exposure expected, working in an international project team.

    Professional Knowledge

  • Knowledge of development process and methodology (V-Cycle) (O)
  • Quality standards (e.g. CMMI, A-SPICE, IATF 16949) (A)
  • Senior level ->
  • provisional A-SPICE assessor


  • Quality methods and techniques (e.g. moderation, problem solving, audits) (O)
  • Project Management methodology, Agile methods (SCRUM, SW KANBAN, SAFe) (A)
