As an Associate Account Director you are responsible for growing existing accounts, developing new accounts and new business and achieving sales targets.

You must be motivated and dedicated with a real client focus and the ability to create professional relationships. You must be a very good command of the English language, be able to work in an international organization, and communicate with people in a clear and concise way.

  • RESPONSIBILITES Pro active and responsive day to day communication with clients and prospects; Handling of incoming client requests;
  • Development and management of accounts and business plans; Recruitment of new accounts and new business; Pro-active client development and retention;
  • Solving critical account situations; Managing capacity and feasibility; Write account management reports; Market development : understand market trends and players;
  • Product development : understand new product developments in the company and convert them into new business opportunities.

  • SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Demonstrate highest level of ability in all aspects of communications (written, oral, listening and expressing ideas);
  • Have an excellent problem solving ability; Be able to lead and manage multiple, large-scale assignments simultaneously with shifting priorities, deadlines and focus;
  • Have strong organizational skills; Have the ability to quickly build long-distance relationships internally and externally and work across a wide range of cultures and personalities, work well across functions;
  • The ability to work both effectively independently and harmoniously with a team.
