CBRE is currently looking for a polished, professional and confident Office coordinator / manager to join one of our successful facilities teams, based in Bucharest, Romania.
Our client is a well-respected FMCG company, and in this varied role, you will coordinate all aspects of building maintenance and essential services via contractor management as well as ensure optimum service delivery to our client.
To be successful, you will be a confident self-starter who enjoys building client relationships, possesses excellent communication skills and has a strong customer service focus.
You will adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving, have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and can be relied upon to work autonomously.
You will need to be able to think on-the-go and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, with experience doing so in a large complex organization that has an international reach.
Confidence, agility and adaptability are key to being successful in this role.

Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field (preferred)
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous
Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system) is advantageous
