Job description

This would be a shifting position, rotating (night shift).

Monitoring live chat and incoming email correspondence.

Identifying and escalating priority issues.

Resolving requests received from clients and end-users.

Performing technical investigations (log analysis) for customer and end-user submitted tickets.

Coordinating case resolution between internal team.
