We are looking for an exceptional talented, innovative, extremely hands-on, customer-obsessed HR Business Partner with a passion for providing first class HR support to join our HR team.

We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to work with our businesses across Europe to implement HR best practices in a high-tech and commercial work environment.

Responsibilities include :

  • Provide business partner support to senior leaders and their teams on a regional basis
  • Partner with the business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
  • Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
  • Assess, create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives for the relevant business
  • Ensure clear and effective delivery of talent review processes for the relevant business
  • Provide compensation consultation to senior leaders to ensure reward decisions are fair and equitable
  • Delivering on business-critical and HR related projects
