User Administrator for SAP, CART (Continental Authorization Request Tool), XALERTS and others like Online Trust Center (OTC) and 2Factor Authentication (2FA).
Maintaining (SAP) user master data
Maintaining authorization assignments according to approved requests
Second / Third-level / Emergency support for authorization catalog within CART
Maintaining XALERTS reports, generating reports quarterly and on request
Supporting controls and audit processes (e.g. providing request samples for spot checks)
Second level support for unlocking SAP Users
Maintaining user and project rights for OTC
Generating and maintaining keys and certificates for 2FA
Qualifications This is what it takes to be a successful SAP User Administrator :
Fluent in English; German is a plus
Ability to work autonomous as well as part of the team
Previous experience in support position
Good communication and customer orientation
