Flutter is currently undergoing an exciting HR transformation, establishing a cross-divisional Global HR Operations function underpinned by Workday as the global people technology platform.

This People Centre of Excellence will deliver agile, scalable HR services and a high quality experience to Flutter's brands and divisions.

  • This includes a new Specialist Services support function partnering with specialist HR teams to drive and support in areas including, reward;
  • talent, engagement, and learning; audit, policy, and compliance.There is an exciting opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join this newly formed Specialist Services team and play a crucial role in ensuring a high quality service is provided from HR Operations to the wider people function through partnering with the reward teams throughout HR to support them with core activity related to the reward and benefits cycle.

    This is a diverse role that encourages the successful candidate to make it their own, enabling them to learn about a breadth of people activity across a unique HR landscape.

    The HR Operations Reward Analyst will work with and provide administrative and operational support to the divisional and specialised Reward teams across UK&I, International and Group.

    Under the management of the HR Operations Reward Manager, they will be play a key role in administrative processes related to reward letter and template production / creation, reward process operationalisation, and broader Workday administration activities and analysis including : processing grade change activities and Reward data maintenance, audit and reporting.

    The role :

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to Reward teams across UK&I, International, and Group, as directed by HR Operations Support Manager.
  • Support the management and upkeep of relevant Reward data in the Workday platform such as job catalogue updates or updates changes to reward eligibility due to policy changes as directed by the divisional and CoE Reward teams
  • Collate data together for Reward data reporting and statutory submissions (e.g. gender pay gap, pay equality). Maintain data and the data gathering process in line with stakeholder requirements
  • Administration of Reward template creation; allocating employees to templates, cascading messaging out, and uploading to the system as required.
  • Support the delivery of annual cyclical reward processes such as annual salary review processes, as guided by divisional Reward teams.
  • First point of contact liaising with the Global Customer Experience team on Reward-related process queries that require escalation, through to resolution.
  • The ideal candidate :

  • Proven experience supporting and completing Reward administrative / transactional processes within an HR Operations function.
  • Proven experience of being able to collate system held data and analyse prepare reports on the data in line with stakeholder defined requirements.
  • Understanding of how HRIS systems can be used to help manage communications and process flows to support HR and Reward initiatives, preferably with some prior experience of supporting similar initiatives e.
  • g has created and managed data templates for reward letter production or push communications

  • Prior experience of reviewing data, and creating workflows and reports to enable checking of HRIS system held data for accuracy.
  • Prior experience of creating data templates and process documentation to support bulk data uploads to HRIS systems (preferably Workday)
  • Proactive and able to stay on top of trends and changes to enable continuous improvement.
  • Ability to quickly upskill on new processes in a changing legal and regulatory landscape.
  • Self starter - comfortable with managing and monitoring own workload.
