Job Description

  • Develops and manages consumer retention campaigns and initiatives within the assigned countries of location conform global consumer retention strategy and campaigns;
  • Analysis and evaluates country-specific relationship campaign outcomes and reports the results within relevant stakeholders within the organization;
  • Collaborates closely with (third party) Consumer Care Centres, Marketing and Trade Marketing to develop and maintain a consumer-focused attitude toward activities, concentrating on those that most strongly contribute toward improving consumer attitude (when applicable);
  • Develops local country-specific consumer science / insight intelligence by means of statistical modeling to understand the consumer interaction with product, pack, and machines in the context of the brand, as well as their underlying mindset, motivation, desires, and aspirations;
  • Locally manages and reports on the by the principal assigned Consumer Relationship budget and expenses;
  • Investigates and solves consumers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by the call center agents
  • Handles consumer complaints or any major incidents;
  • Improves consumer service procedures, policies, and standards for the organization;
  • Is involved in staff recruitment for consumer care centers and responsible for training staff to deliver a high standard of consumer service;
  • Project management SCE : Supports Marketing Categories with the implementation of innovations leads NPDs delivery and changes to current portfolio from approval stage to delivery to market;
  • Project management RO : Supports Marketing Categories during the development and implementation of their activations, coordinates events for consumer marketing;
  • LIAM (Local Innovation Approval meeting) management across SCE.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree;
  • 3 years of relevant Marketing Consumer experience preferably in FMCG environment;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Project management skills will be considered an asset
  • Agility and multitasking;
  • Able to manage stakeholders in a matrix organization.
