Reviewing and analyzing incoming emails from clients / agents / IP Offices and accurately and timely update in the clients’ IP management systems matters related to their IP portfolio :
New trademarks / patents / design applications;
Domain Names / copyrights;
Due dates and reminders;
Refusals, oppositions, cancellations, infringements, agreements;
Assignments, changes of name / address
Declarations of use and renewals;
Scanning, saving and uploading documents related to IP rights into the systems;
Reviewing accuracy of documents and directing client’s attention to errors requiring correction;
Cross-checking entries to confirm database accuracy;
Sending daily or weekly docket reports per request;
Working on docketing related projects and tasks for client transfers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
German language skills are a plus;
Precise and autonomous way of working;
