The People Services Team at Finastra provides consistent high-quality HR Services across all our global locations. Our teams are based out of Bucharest, Romania and Bangalore, India catering to our EMEA, APAC and AMER regions respectively.

The HR Payroll Senior Associate role within the EMEA People Services Team is based out of Bucharest and is responsible for :

  • preparing the HR input to Payroll
  • running data quality reports
  • handling the Vendor Management process (PO / PR) for Benefits
  • supporting in providing any documentation as part of an audit request (HR or Payroll related)
  • Responsibilities :

  • Use existing procedures to resolve HR Payroll inquiries for EMEA countries
  • Input, update and maintain the HR Payroll data in a timely and accurate manner and support in providing any documentation as part of an audit request
  • Processing Benefits related invoices
  • Collaborate with teams to assess the current way of working with the scope of identifying continuous improvement opportunities
  • Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyses possible solutions using technical experience and judgement and precedents (e.
  • g., conducts analysis and structures data interpretation, prepares reports, monitors compliance of processes, etc.)

    Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of experience in a complex multinational business environment, with focus on HR & Payroll for multiple entities
  • Excel Knowledge (pivot tables, data soring, cell formatting, data validation, vlookup, etc.), VBA is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (B2-C1) both verbally and written, second European language would be a plus
  • Ability to communicate relevant information and collaborate effectively at all levels across the organization
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, strong personal integrity
  • Self-motivated, proactive, able to adapt new ways of working driven by policies or process improvement, shows ownership and accountability
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and manage own workload
  • Teamwork, attention to details, strong employee focus, empathy, problem solving
  • Explains and simplifies complex information to others, converts data to business information and anticipates obstacles to information flow
