Identifies, analyzes and solves the situations reported by clients;
Records the essential points of the situation in the database;
Initiates calls to clients;
Edits databases according to the working procedures / instructions, using the appropriate software : processing of photos, emails, tickets, documents or any other activities specific to the services provided;
Saves all changes made to the database, according to the working procedures / instructions.
