Summary

Talent Acquisition Coordinators support Recruiting by focusing on aligning and improving best practices of talent attraction and talent acquisition across the Organization to drive increased efficiencies, improve customer experience, and reduce cost.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking direct ownership of successful internal and external customer relationships through effective planning and execution of a variety of support functions focused on bringing best practices and resources together in the most efficient and effective manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and office support to multiple recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume, professional environment
  • Operate general office equipment including : computer, iPhone, iPad, desk phone, copier, e-fax
  • Schedule candidate interviews and travel utilizing Outlook and Concur, coordinating with Recruiters / Hiring Managers in various time zones across North America
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings in-person and via Skype and WebEx
  • Conduct event close-out activities, which includes prospect and employee notifications
  • Support end-to-end recruiting process with requisition management, event management and candidate sourcing and / or coordination
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, such as Department of Labor (DOL) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with peers, managers, candidates and customers
  • Work with candidates to ensure they feel informed and supported through the entire recruiting process
  • Qualifications

  • 1+ year working in recruiting, human resources, administrative support, or related field
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, Yello, SharePoint, Concur, WebEx nice to have
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships within and across groups
  • Strong customer service orientation, with focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong time management, with ability to establish priorities and maximize timely and quality output
  • Strong administrative skills and task orientation, with strong sense of urgency
  • Strong computer skills with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with competing priorities

  • Ability to respond to work requests on nights and weekends as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent required
