Job Description

The person will be the point of contact for all requests concerning processes or tools related to auxiliary accounting, coming from Finance teams, operational teams or external interlocutors.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyzes requests to assess the level of complexity and determine the best solution based on the problem
  • Offers remote assistance to respond to issues or redirects to the right person
  • Redirect to the right internal contacts if necessary
  • Escalate the high complex issues to the higher level.
  • Provides precise information concerning the use of IT tools (Process Director, SAP, Supplier portal, SALT, etc.)
  • Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of expériences in Auxiliary accounting
  • English and French advanced level (read, write, speak)
  • Strong analytical and teamwork skills in a diverse and multicultural environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance from an accredited university
  • Finance & Control
