Key Responsibilities

Attending meetings and workshops with the client to understand requirements, challenges, and risks.

Developing technology solutions in cooperation with various technology teams using existing industry standards and best practices.

Creating support documentation for the delivered services with adherence to client s processes and procedures.

Active participation in Messaging MS Exchange and collaboration MS Teams, UMS, Mobile device migration projects.

Collaboration in design and deployment of the pilot and production environment, with test coordination and implementation.

Developing technology solutions in cooperation with various technology teams using existing industry standards and best practices.

Acting as technical escalation and Subject Matter Expert SME for messaging and collaboration platform.

Role Requirements

Enterprise level experience in service transformation and migration.

Good knowledge of planning, provisioning and migration of messaging and collaboration environments.

Knowledge of web database is a plus.

Good knowledge of Windows messaging and collaboration services.

Knowledge of ITIL methodology is a plus.

Knowledge of general and security requirements in the banking environment is a plus.

Good coordination skills, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environment.

Flexibility for international travelling.

Have good verbal communication skills English in both technical and non technical communications.
