As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be part of an international and diverse development and maintenance team, which takes care of the foundation of our EHR i.
s.h.med solution and cooperates extensively with other development and maintenance teams throughout the whole Development Organization.
The team consists of Austrian, German and Romanian associates
You will assist and create in the development, execution and evaluation of complex manual and automated tests and risk-based tests.
You maintain testing evidence for each test as proof of validation and constantly evaluate the effectiveness of tests for client-reported defects in conjunction with the root cause analysis and provide improvement feedback during and the testing process.
One very important task you will perform is piloting new testing methods and approaches and contribute to the constant evaluation and improvement of our testing approach as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
You will need to cooperate closely with Developers and Solution Designers and provide feedback for suggested and implemented solutions by interpreting proposed enhancements and design the validation criteria.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including : At least 1 year software testing and / or software quality assurance work experienceAt least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and / or completed higher education, including : High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Certified Software Tester (CSTE) - Multiple Issuers
Medical process knowledge / background
Expectations :
