What will you contribute? As a key member of the Technology Resilience (aka Disaster Recovery) team, the Process Excellence Analyst is responsible for improving the ways processes are leveraged in support of delivering better outcomes for the Technology Resilience team and the clients they support.
The Technology Resilience team has traditionally been responsible for the planning, coordination, execution governance and reporting of Disaster Recovery tests.
This is now being refined, enhanced, and expanded with a programme of improvements delivered using agile approaches. The Process Excellence Analyst will be key to the success during this transition and beyond where processes will be more clearly defined, documented, optimized, evangelized, implemented, automated and refined.
regulator commitments will be met and clearly articulated; and enhanced methods for demonstrating technology resilience (beyond Disaster Recovery testing) will be defined, designed and implemented.
The Process Excellence Analyst will work collaboratively with management, the Technology Resilience Technical and Team Leaders, the agile coach, scrum masters and technical staff to ensure that the set of all process objectives and goals progress in unison and that no aspects fall by the wayside i.
Enterprise Risk Acceptance submissions; regulatory and audit responses and reporting; alignment of Disaster Recovery processes with adjacent IT groups (e.
metrics, measurement and reporting dashboards Work with Technology Resilience team members, Customer Technology (IT) and business stakeholders to analyze technology resilience (esp.
Disaster Recovery testing) operations and recommend solutions to align functions with organizational goals Understand the structure, policies, and operations of our organization and teams, and recommend solutions to improve processes and planning for the Technology Resilience team in particular Create reports, charts, graphs and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful process changes Develop project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, and costs Supporting the delivery processes and frameworks that drive standardization across Technology Resilience and Disaster Recovery engagements and deliverables Support the activities of the Technology Resilience Team Members that do the planning, coordination, automation, designing, and reporting supporting Disaster Recovery testing and associated Technology Resilience activities Ensure that the set of all objectives and goals progress in unison and that no aspects fall by the wayside i.
