How could you help us do this?
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst for UKI’ to join our team in Bucharest, Romania, someone who is passionate about delivering value to their business partners, who can lead business related processed and who is able to understand the different business needs and translate them into actionable insights..
What kind of work would you be doing?
Implement specified changes to data, content and systems to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
What achievements should you have so far?
Exposure to a tech company would be great, but we are flexible on this!
If you also have a degree in a relevant subject (economic, finance, business operations), great!

Ability to effectively communicate sales operations architectures, plans, proposals and results and negotiate options at senior management levels.
Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks and workloads within a dynamic and often ambiguous environment
Team player with ability to work well with nationally & internationally disbursed customers and virtual teams.
Of course, if you have at least 6+ years of relevant experience, you will know all about sales operations, practices, tactics and tools.
You need to be able to get your colleagues as excited about your activity as you are, so you need to be confident and persuasive.
Being able to articulate the benefits and outcomes of your ideas is essential to gain buy-in.
