How could you help us do this?

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst for UKI’ to join our team in Bucharest, Romania, someone who is passionate about delivering value to their business partners, who can lead business related processed and who is able to understand the different business needs and translate them into actionable insights..

What kind of work would you be doing?

  • Support the forecast and pipeline process for the business;
  • Provide business analytics and advice to the sales managers on ongoing business initiatives;
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and actively push sales processes (for example Revegy);
  • Ensure all the needed information to support the business is available in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Support activities related to next FY’s planning as per the guidance of the UKI sales operations lead;
  • Interface with other job functions in the preparation of Sales commission reports, using reporting and analytics for presentations and recommendations for sales and / or finance management;
  • Implement specified changes to data, content and systems to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

    What achievements should you have so far?

  • We think in order to add immediate value and to succeed in this role, you should have 6-10 years of experience in designing and implementing overall process and tools management and improvement frameworks to support sales operations;
  • Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills;
  • Thorough understanding of and experience in interpreting and executing sales commission plans and practices in multiple and varied situations;
  • Exposure to a tech company would be great, but we are flexible on this!

  • Excellent level of English, speaking and writing;
  • If you also have a degree in a relevant subject (economic, finance, business operations), great!

    Ability to effectively communicate sales operations architectures, plans, proposals and results and negotiate options at senior management levels.

    Team player with ability to work well with nationally & internationally disbursed customers and virtual teams.

    Of course, if you have at least 6+ years of relevant experience, you will know all about sales operations, practices, tactics and tools.

    You need to be able to get your colleagues as excited about your activity as you are, so you need to be confident and persuasive.

    Being able to articulate the benefits and outcomes of your ideas is essential to gain buy-in.
