We are looking for a Test Analyst with previous experience of working on large ERP program or transformation within the Financial Services sector

You will be part of a Global Finance Transformation Program that aims to consolidate 30+ accounting systems across 20+ countries onto one single strategic platform.

Working in close collaboration with Global Finance Business Process Owners & Corporate IT, your day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • You will ensure that functional requirements have been tested thoroughly following and end-to-end process approach. You will have strong test execution and analysis expertise with demonstrable experience in preparing robust test data and support execution of User Acceptance Test scenarios.
  • You will also have strong Defect and Issue Management skills with the ability to identify defects and issues in line with the standard defect management processes ensuring root causes are analyzed and that appropriate data is captured.

  • Applicants need to have demonstrable experience of analyzing, planning, scripting, and executing tests across all phases of an ERP implementation with a focus on User Acceptance Testing.
  • Experience working with test management solution, ideally SAP Solution Manager is a plus.

  • You will work closely with the project team and end users across various locations. You will possess deep functional expertise of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and have working experience in Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report or Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • As you will be working with international teams, it goes without saying you possess first class communication and interpersonal skills and have demonstrable experience of developing good stakeholder relationship at all levels.
  • You will have the ability to work proficiently and accurately in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment, with excellent attention to details and be a good team player able to work in a multi-disciplined environment.

  • You will need to be able to work well under pressure, to tight deadlines but always maintaining a commitment to delivering quality outcomes and be self-motivated and able to work independently, to organize, manage and prioritize own workload to ensure deadlines are met.
  • An accounting qualification and background in Financial Services / Payment industry is preferred, but a good understanding of financial and management accounting concepts is essential.

    Skills we can’t do without :

  • Proven educational background (Master Degree or Bachelor) preferably in the fields of economics or computer science
  • Proven background in Financial Services / Payment industry is preferred, but a good understanding of financial and management accounting concepts is essential
  • Deep functional expertise of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and have working experience in Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report or Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal presentation skills
  • Pragmatic, still highly organized and structured
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Result oriented with a hands-on mentality
  • English at very good level
  • Skills we’d like :

    Experience with Process Documentation tools (eg Solman) and methodology (eg BPMN,) is a plus

    Experience in Financial and / or Payment Industry is a strong asset
