Why do we have this role in the organization and why do we need to hire someone in this role : The Sales Operations Analyst will be supporting the Business Analytics and Tools Manager in driving important Sales Operations programs and initiatives, guided in the daily activities by the Sales Processes and Analytics Team leader.
What will you be expected to do to reach success & optimal performance?
Supports reporting and monitoring of KPIs and measurements of the sales force efficiency, ensuring data consistency and provides inputs for Sales reviews;
Supports the implementation and monitoring of tools and metrics to manage sales performance (productivity, conversion rates, order volume) to drive continuous improvement and support leadership actions;
Engages with other teams and departments to gather information and align on reporting initiatives;
Develops required dashboards and metrics in Power BI for the sales management community;
Supports the various Sales Operations initiatives as coordinated by the Business Analytics and Tools Manager;
