Grow with us as a Global Compensation Planning Manager , in this position you will lead and execute the Annual Global Compensation processes such as Comp Planning process in all regions which includes de MPA, AIP and LTI adjustments.

Communication and training needed will be defined and managed by this position. In addition to Global process such as Global Leveling, LTI administration and Global Achievers administration.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In this role, you will be part of our success by :

  • Leads Comp Planning execution and builds solutions for new requirements
  • Builds communication plan & leads execution (drives synergy with Talent / L&D)
  • Lead improvements for the annual Comp Planning cycle (process, resources, communication, etc)
  • Leads translation of Global and Regional configuration requirements with HRIS for execution
  • Drives effective Stakeholder connections / communication
  • Drives actionable plans, document and communicate progress to all key players (leads overall cadence meetings, project management, etc.)
  • Anticipates & manages risks
  • Create mechanisms to improve data accuracy through audits and coordination of corrections in preparation for Comp Planning
  • Coordinate communication for eligible employees.
  • Provide training to HR community in CP matters
  • Manages Comp Planning team resources (direct and indirect)
  • Ensure the correct execution of the LTI annual and daily administration processes.
  • Ensure the correct execution of Global Achievers administration.
  • It is responsible for the Global leveling process of G6+ and provide support on the job assessment for global roles located outside the US.
  • WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

    As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in to be considered for this position, you must be able to meet the following requirements :

  • Bachelors or International Equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related Field
  • Experience with Comp Planning platforms (desirable Success Factors)
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Spanish
  • 6 years of experience in Total Rewards specially in annual compensation planning processes
  • Project Management
  • Excel Advanced
