Mainresponsibility is to assess, conduct, planning and implement sourcing processes related to indirect categories based on procurement strategy as per Group and company standardsand procedures.
Thisrole contain activities like :
Budget input :
Contributesto budget construction by providingcommercial information according to contractual clauses or negotiated resultsand supplier strategy.
Challengesbudget need compared with suppliers quotations
Checksbudget availability before any procurement action
Reports and follow-up any budget modification in terms of projects inthe procurement roadmap
Coordinate with cross-functional teams andcommunicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines
Recurrent suppliers’ scouting in order to meet bothinternal business needs and have a deep pricing market benchmark
Identifiesat group level / affiliates level all potential suppliers and existing feedback on eventual similarproject deliveries
Proposescommercial solutions in order to optimize costs, participating in defining andimplementing Company's Program and other affiliates procurement actions Leads contract negotiation with Suppliers andedits contracts by incorporating all stakeholders comments andproposals
Evaluatesprocurement projects / commercial offers, proposes a shortlist and makes final recommendations.
Coordinatesand controls suppliers during contract execution acting as a single point ofcontact with the supplier for commercial and contractual aspects
Negotiatescommercial terms of the contracts : local or implementation of corporate procurementcontracts.
Prepares,centralizes and sends the needed information- in the specific ordering system
PreparesBusiness reviews meetings together with the beneficiary department on targetedsuppliers
Defines yearly / quarterly procurement plans.
Thisposition requires at least 2 years of experience in procurement
Relevantknowledge of procurement processes
Basic legal knowledge
Financialacumen and proven record intransversal projects
AdvancedExcel and Power Point is a must.
Englishand Romanian advanced verbal and written skills; French is considered a plus
knowledge ofbudgeting process
Experience in Project Management isa plus
