Position Title : Field Based Grants Manager

ME&A seeks a Grants Manager for a USAID-funded project in Economic Development, Governance and Enterprise Growth. The purpose of EDGE is to support inclusive and sustainable economic growth in the Europe and Eurasia region through greater integration and harmonizing of regional markets.
Additionally, this award will seek out non-traditional partners in its implementation, with a focus on building the capacity and sustainability of local organizations.
The Grants Manager will be responsible for overseeing grants to be awarded under the EDGE activity and ensuring that they are awarded and implemented in compliance with USAID requirements.
In close coordination with the COP, Home Office Project Manager, the GM will manage the entire grants life cycle process, including design of solicitations, formation of grant evaluation committees and selection (which may include USAID staff from different missions), implementation, monitoring and close-
out. He / she will work to promote awareness of the grants program throughout the region and work with grantees to ensure that the EDGE goals area achieved, and that the grants program results are reported in accordance with the agreement, contract, work plan, and monitoring, evaluation and learning plan.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in grants management implementing donor funded
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain good relations with the relevant partners and
to adhere to deadlines
