Job description

Job description and main responsibilities :

Offers support to all AKKA employees via phone, Teams, email

Handles user’s issues from resolution until the ticket is closed or the ticket is escalated to the next support group

Qualifies incoming tickets on the ticketing tool

Handles tickets in SLA

Creates ticket for each issue reported by the user

Follows-up on in-house tickets daily

Participates in team meetings with other support groups when needed

Updates existent knowledge articles, creates new ones when needed

Collaborates with support groups / referents to help speeding up the resolution of different issues

Reports general issues to superior / handling group

Requirements :

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French

Good analytical skills

Good knowledge of Windows operating systems

Good overview of standard Office applications and systems( MS Office, VPN, Telephony, Skype, Printers etc.)

Good knowledge of Active Directory

ITIL knowledge is welcome

Previous experience in Service Desk and / or previous experience in IT
