Your tasks :
You will be working within HELLA Corporate Center Romania which operates and administers the company's business divisions.
You will be part of the Information Management Project and Portfolio team which is responsible to manage and monitor all projects with IM relevance as well as being responsible to implement and improve standard project management tools and methods;
You will be responsible to further develop and implement standard project management methodologies within IT;
You will be the contact person for all IT project manager regarding questions related to project management methodology, templates etc.
You are responsible to continuously train and develop the IT Project Manager Community;
You will support and consult the IT project manager and project teams in terms of project management with focus on critical projects;
You are responsible to make sure that standard project management methodologies are followed by the IM organization.
Your qualification :
You have at least 3 years of project management experience;
Good knowledge of project management methodology; previous exposure to international standards represents an advantage (e.g. PMI, Agile etc.);
Strong expertise in methodology development;
Good communication skills, written and verbal, in English is required, German is an advantage;
Good knowledge in MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint);
High level of commitment and initiative.
