This is a key position supporting the Finance team on the Procure to Pay side.

The Senior Invoice processing & queries Associate will be responsible for performing the Accounts payable activities for Worldline European locations, following Standard Accounting Policies and Procedures.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • You process supplier and intercompany invoices in financial system
  • You perform vendor account clearings; perform GR IR clearing
  • You accurately maintain invoice processing procedures up to date
  • You process checks requests and expense reports on a regular basis
  • You participate to the transfer and transition of the activities from Local Business to Shared Service Centre
  • You propose and implement necessary enhancements to ensure business excellence while reaching service level agreements
  • Signs of success :

    As a Senior Invoice processing & queries Associate, you will be solving real business problems. You will use your accounting education to provide accurate data for your company data that will be used in decision-making

  • You ensure the integrity of the financial data

  • Skills we can’t do without :

  • Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
  • Min 2 years experience in a shared service center environment, accounting, or financial area
  • E2E knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay processes, additional exposure would be a plus eg. AR, GL
  • Transition experience would be a plus
  • Knowledge of working in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Language capabilities : English (fluent), French or Dutch preferred, additional foreign language is a plus
