Profile :

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT related area;
  • 3+ years’ experience in similar position(managing 7+ support team members);
  • Team player with excellent people skills;
  • Proficient in English;
  • Flexible and stress resistance
  • Conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Technical knowledge of SQL Server, Server Administration, XML / XSL is an advantage;
  • ITIL experience represents an advantage
  • What you do :

    As a C ustomer S upport T eam l eader you are responsible for delivering support services to our customers around the world :

  • Experience with planning and allocating the right resource with the right skills for meeting the business needs
  • Monitor and achieve contractually KPI’sagreed with internal / external customers;
  • Monitor and analyze data and trends for continuous improvement of standard operations procedures and knowledge base (ownership, creation, update);
  • Escalate and manage the situations that may affect the results of the team;
  • Monitoring Root Cause analysis on problems for meeting customer expectations;
  • Reporting for both internal / external customers;
  • Ensure Lead Time of incidents and problems is within acceptable limits and deadlines are met with accuracy;
  • Input and maintain data within the internaltools related to HR and Finance;
  • Monthly review of performance indicators and quality;
  • Periodic review of performance for the team members;
  • Create new opportunities for people growth(ensure the team members have all operational resources, such as IT, training, know-how, etc.)
