Country Head of Controlling (m / f / d)RO-CJ-Cluj-Napoca-CLU00001P
Your tasks :
Represent, steer and coordinate the controlling activity at country level;
Responsible for employee management and development (target setting, management, monitoring, guidance);
Act as interface between other organizational units and team members;
Manage, coordinate and support all operational tasks and ensure an on-time execution (EBIT, PCR, FCF, Capex & Inventory);
Act as first point of contact for overall planning process steering and communication towards stakeholders;
Act as final quality gate for financial data, especially for RFQ and series project data input;
Responsible for KPI definition and development for regular reporting, based on requirements ;
Ensure implementation of commercial standards and tools, based on governance of WSD Controlling department;
Evaluate complex tasks and topics (e.g. evaluation of complex investment decisions, equipment re-locations);
Define and implement a cost planning and reporting logic for back-office functions.
Your skills :
Bachelor’s or Master degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Controlling or equivalent;
Very good knowledge and understanding of IFRS, commercial law, fiscal law and internal control;
Strong knowledge of tax accounting , controlling, cost calculation, reporting, financial analysis, provisions, KPI, invest management;
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Controlling;
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in leading a finance team;
Strong leadership skills in areas of influencing inside and outside of own function;
Ability to develop good working relationship with key partners;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Passionate about change management;
Result oriented, highly analytical and highly organized;
Fluency in both written and spoken English;
Excellent spreadsheet and general computer skills including SAP (min. Fi / CO, MM) & advanced Excel.
